The story of 「PORIYA」 began with a simple observation. Our founder is a dynamic young designer who is also a dutiful grandson who has to travel half of the city every day to take care of his elderly grandmother. He found himself in a dilemma: when he was zipping through the traffic on his electric scooter, he felt the gentle breeze and an increase in efficiency; but when he was pushing his grandmother's cumbersome wheelchair and trying to cross a not-too-high curb, he felt endless obstacles and inconvenience.

He realized that from the young people who pursue speed and coolness, to the elderly who yearn for independence and convenience, and to those with limited mobility but still yearn to experience the outside world - everyone, regardless of age or physical condition, has the equal right to enjoy free travel. This freedom should not be defined or restricted by traditional means of transportation. Thus,「PORIYA」 came into being. We are not merely a brand that sells electric personal transportation tools; we are also a provider of "freedom of travel solutions".
